B2C Marketplace

Overview:

The application connects buyers to sellers to form a complete B2C SaaS solution. The back-office management for sellers allows them to manage their inventories, order management, price matrix, customer behaviour and comprehensive data analytics, which allow the sellers to take the defined decisions. On the buyer side, the application provides intensive full-text search powered by Lucene. Buyers can track their order in real-time at various stages of delivery.

Problem Statement:

To build a 2-sided Platform which will allow both buyers and sellers to be the part of one platform.

Services:

1. UI/UX Design:

Developed application designs in a way that it provides instant information to the stakeholders.

2. Web based backend development:

The backend has been developed using Javacript Stacks . A comprehensive dashabord provides the real-time data regarding inventory, orders received/delivered etc.

3. Web based frontend development:

The frontend of the application was developed using ReactJs taking the advantage of Virtual DOM which reflects the data in real-time without refreshing the web page. The application cateres the full flow of e-commerce journey from placing the order to checkout to payment and tracking order delivery.

4. API Development:

The RESTful APIs were developed which were secured using token-based authentication implemented over middleware in Microservice enabled Node architecture.

Highlights:

A comprehensive resporting and Lucene based full-text search is the highlight of the platform.
